Tender detail
Procurement of Trauma Implants for 24 Months
Summary
The procurement covers a 24-month supply of trauma implants divided into six lots: screws and washers, bone-fixation plates, angular-stable plates, intramedullary nails, femur and tibia implants, and a specialist implant group including Kirschner and cerclage wires. Supplies must be managed from a consignment stock established at the hospital, with used quantities replenished within two working days. Implant systems must be supplied with insertion instrument sets and a replacement set if the original is damaged. Only new, unused and compliant products may be offered. The hospital commits to ordering the base quantities; additional quantities are optional and need not be ordered in full. Tenders are evaluated on price and quality: price normally carries 70% and individually sterile packaging 30%; for Lot 3, the quality score also includes an external targeting device. Bidders must demonstrate the required financial standing, previous implant-supply experience and product compliance, and submit product information, a completed price table and the required declarations. The submission deadline is 15 October 2026 at 10:00.
