Procurement of feed, animal feed and bedding pellets through a dynamic purchasing system

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of feed, animal feed and bedding pellets through a dynamic purchasing system for the period from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2029. Planned quantities include 450 tonnes of pregnant sow feed, 360 tonnes of pig grower feed, 200 tonnes of lamb feed, 600 tonnes of broiler starter feed, 2,000 tonnes of broiler grower feed, 2,000 tonnes of broiler finisher feed, 600 tonnes of second-category broiler finisher feed and 180 tonnes of bedding pellets. The planned total value is up to HUF 1,000,000,000 for feed and animal feed and up to HUF 30,000,000 for bedding pellets. The quantity delivered at one time is not expected to exceed 25 tonnes. The main suitability requirement is proven experience in supplying at least 15 tonnes of the relevant products. The detailed technical specification and quantities will be provided in subsequent invitations to tender. Bidders may offer equivalent or better products, but must prove equivalence in their tender.
