Procurement of medical devices

Summary

This procurement is divided into nine lots for the outpatient care centre in Mezőkovácsháza: a new X-ray unit, cardiology and radiology ultrasound units, an ECG machine, an ultrasound therapy unit, a combined electrotherapy and vacuum therapy unit, a slit lamp with applanation tonometer and instrument table, two ABPM Holter devices, and two ECG Holter devices. Bidders may tender for up to all nine lots. The successful supplier must deliver and install or commission the equipment, complete any additional tasks specified for the relevant lot, and hand over new, safe, ready-to-use devices with the required accessories, Hungarian-language operating and maintenance instructions, and required certificates. Used equipment, including demonstration or trial units, is not accepted. Training must also be provided for certain lots if required by the relevant technical specification. Each bid must include the completed technical specification and professional offer table for every lot tendered for, together with documents demonstrating product compliance. Award is based on the best price-quality ratio; depending on the lot, price, extended warranty and technical features may be assessed. A continuously available, competent service and repair facility based in Hungary is a condition for signing the contract. The bid submission deadline is 15 October 2026 at 11:00.
