High-resolution HLA ONT-NGS sequencing test kits

Summary

The National Blood Supply Service of Hungary is procuring high-resolution HLA typing ONT-NGS test kits for 2,500 samples and 11 HLA loci over 24 months. The supply includes the necessary reagents, consumables and flow cells, two sequencers, and computing equipment and software capable of supporting parallel analysis. The contract also covers delivery to the laboratory, installation of the equipment and user training; the contracting authority may exercise an option for up to 30% additional quantities.
