Maintenance and Enhancement of the Vessel Monitoring System

Summary

The Lithuanian Fisheries Service is procuring, for 2027 and 2028, software updates, maintenance and technical support for the vTrack satellite vessel monitoring system used for fishing vessels. The services include functional and technological updates, bug fixes, advice and user instructions, as well as at least four academic hours of training for up to 20 users and administrators. Work to integrate the system with other systems is limited to 10 hours per calendar year, and each annual stage must be completed by 10 December of the relevant year. The procurement is not divided into lots.
