IT Services for the Continued Operation of paed.ML

Summary

The Landesmedienzentrum Baden-Württemberg is procuring licences, subscriptions, maintenance, support and development services to continue operating its paed.ML educational IT platform, used by approximately 2,000 schools. The procurement is divided into seven independently awarded lots: UCS/UCS@school subscriptions and related services; OPSI licences, software packages and a Windows client boot image; Nextcloud subscription licences; frontend development and maintenance for the school console; backend development for the Windows school console; quality assurance and third-level support for paed.ML Windows; and Octogate firewall support and maintenance. The standard contract term begins on 1 January 2027, runs for at least 36 months, and may be extended twice by 12 months.
