Creation, development, support and warranty services for a project management information system

The procurement is for Kauno College’s project management information system: creation, further development, support and warranty services. The contract runs until all obligations have been fulfilled, for no more than 30 months; warranty service must be provided throughout the contract and for at least 12 months after contract performance ends. The bidder must identify a project manager, information system architect and analyst and substantiate their experience with declarations and client confirmations. A suitable TOGAF certificate may satisfy the architect’s certificate requirement. If requested, the system’s functionality must be shown in a live demonstration, worth up to 33 points. The price offer includes a fixed price for system creation and warranty service and an hourly rate for development and support.
