Summary

The procurement concerns a Linear accelerator to be purchased through an open competition via CVP IS. On 15 September 2026, a complaint was filed regarding the technical specification requirements. After examination, the complaint was upheld. It was determined that the changes to the technical specifications constitute an essential modification that could increase competition by allowing products from different manufacturers. However, for international procurements, such fundamental changes are not allowed, so the procurement procedure has been terminated. In the near future the purchase will be relaunched after updating the specifications. Please do not submit proposals.
