Development services for the new INFARMED website

Summary

The tender concerns the design, development and implementation of a new INFARMED institutional website, including content migration, automatic English translation, an artificial-intelligence chatbot, testing, training, knowledge transfer and post-production support. The contract has a maximum duration of 10 months and a base value of EUR 400,930 excluding VAT. Implementation is planned for up to 6 months, followed by 4 months of migration and post-production support.
