Maintenance and development of the electronic fishing logbook system

Summary

The Fisheries Service is procuring vCatch electronic fishing logbook system upgrades and technical maintenance for 2027–2028. The services include functional and technical software updates, bug fixes, telephone and email support, consultations, and guidance related to updates. The contract also includes at least eight academic hours of training for up to 20 users and administrators. The procurement is not divided into lots and will be delivered in two stages, for 2027 and 2028 respectively.
