Project design services for the renovation and extension of the Surlemez and Waret-l’Évêque schools

Summary

The Municipality of Héron is seeking a project designer for an intervention strategy and, if the conditional phases are activated, the design and supervision of renovation and extension works at the communal schools in Surlemez and Waret-l’Évêque. The assignment includes a firm initial diagnostic and strategy phase, followed by conditional design and works-supervision phases for each school site. The works are currently estimated at €3 million for Surlemez and €4.28 million for Waret-l’Évêque; the use of the MODUL R prefabricated construction system will be considered where applicable.
