Tender detail
Archiving and digitisation of Geological Fund documents and development of e-services
Summary
The procurement is divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers the arrangement of permanently retained archival documents, description of files and records, placement in archival boxes, and digitisation. Preliminary quantities include, among other items, 4.8 million A4–A3 pages and 1.2 million A2–A0 pages; the actual quantities ordered will depend on need. Document arrangement is to be carried out at the contracting authority’s premises, and files must retain the required archival form after digitisation. Lot 2 is for developing a document management system with an archival document repository and internal and external portals. The work includes analysis and design, search and document viewing functions, integrations, and installation and acceptance testing of the final version. The system must support, among other things, at least 100 internal users, OCR for Lithuanian, secure document preservation and REST interfaces. It must be installed on infrastructure provided by the contracting authority, with both test and production environments. The planned development period is 24 months, with a possible extension of up to six months. Lot 1 is priced using fixed unit rates for services, while Lot 2 is priced as a fixed total price. Bidders must provide the required qualification evidence, specialist details and declarations. The deadline for submitting tenders is 22 September 2026 at 14:00.
