DocuWare repository installation, configuration, deployment, customization and startup service with technical support, maintenance and development hours

Summary

The tender concerns the installation, configuration, deployment, customization and startup of a DocuWare repository for the project Digitalization and sharing of digital resources of Polish Music Publishing House and the Polish Composers’ Association, including ongoing technical support, service maintenance and development hours. The supplier will conduct a pre-implementation analysis, design metadata structures, configure the repository (up to four catalogs), define access rights, enable import/export workflows, and create integration with the Leader Project’s repository and Polmic Digital Archive. The repository will operate on-premise on the client’s infrastructure and will serve as both operational and archival workspace, including testing, documentation, post-implementation handover, and development work through 2028-05-31, with possible on-going enhancements during development hours.
