NySzC – Procurement of laptops

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of 124 new and identical laptops under a sales contract. The devices must have at least a 16-inch display, a resolution of 1920 × 1200, an Intel Core Ultra 5 or equivalent processor with at least 14 cores and an artificial intelligence accelerator, at least 16 GB of expandable DDR5 memory, and an expandable SSD of at least 512 GB. A 36-month full on-site manufacturer’s warranty is required, and the bidder must prove equivalence if an equivalent product is offered. Participation requires relevant experience supplying at least 80 ICT devices and evidence that no exclusion ground applies. The tender submission deadline is 20 October 2026.
