Cleaning services in Budapest’s 18th, 19th and 20th districts

The procurement covers cleaning services at schools and related premises in Budapest’s 18th, 19th and 20th districts, divided into three lots. The areas to be cleaned are 25,626 m², 27,249 m² and 6,535 m² respectively. The work includes daily cleaning and more extensive weekly and monthly tasks, including cleaning and disinfecting rooms, corridors, toilets, sports halls and kitchen areas. The contract runs for 36 months; the contracting authority may extend it unilaterally by 12 months and exercise an optional additional quantity of up to 30%. Bidders must meet the relevant lot’s cleaning-service reference, expert and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 or equivalent quality-management requirements and provide bid security. Bids must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026 at 09:00. The evaluation assigns 70% to the daily cleaning price, 10% to the weekly cleaning price, 10% to the monthly task price and 10% to the cleaner’s additional professional experience, up to 36 months.
