Maintenance and repair of John Deere tractors

Summary

The tender covers comprehensive maintenance and repair of approximately 100 John Deere tractors and other equipment owned by Magyar Közút, including any additional equipment it may acquire. The services include supplying spare parts, preparing vehicles for and arranging technical inspections, environmental checks, and insurance-related administration. The framework contract has a net ceiling of HUF 500,000,000, of which the contracting authority commits to order at least 70%. Its initial term is up to 12 months or until the ceiling is exhausted; it may be extended by up to 12 months without increasing the ceiling. Bidders must demonstrate at least HUF 180 million in relevant past experience, provide at least one technician with the required technical education and 12 months of tractor maintenance or repair experience, and have a compliant workshop. By contract signature, the successful bidder must provide the required insurance, licensed John Deere software and diagnostic equipment, and a manufacturer- or representative-certified trained employee at each repair base. Bids must be submitted electronically. Evaluation considers price, the technician’s additional experience and the number of additional compliant workshops. No tender guarantee is required.
