Conversion and extension of Sopron University’s C building

Summary

Sopron University is procuring the comprehensive renovation, conversion and extension of its existing C building at Bajcsy-Zsilinszky utca 4 in Sopron. The works cover approximately 2,548.53 m² of net floor area, including a new timber-structure upper floor, accessibility improvements, façade and roof renovation, and complete building-services and electrical systems. The contract also includes options for basement equipment, general furniture and laboratory furniture; the works are procured as one undivided lot.
