Surveys of flood-protection embankments along the Drava River

Summary

This procurement concerns flood-protection embankments along the Drava River and water retention, divided into three lots: preparing planning documentation for nature-conservation permits; carrying out geophysical and other embankment surveys and related analyses and reports; and engineering design of water-retention solutions to support ecological restoration. Lot 2 also includes preparing a survey methodology and reports, conducting geophysical surveys, geotechnical drilling and laboratory testing of samples, and performing geostatistical, hydrodynamic and regional hydrogeological modelling. The work also includes educational materials and field demonstrations. Bids may be submitted for up to three lots, and a bidder may be awarded all three. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Hungarian by 2 November 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation takes account of price and, as applicable to the lot, specialist experience. A tender guarantee is required: HUF 200,000 for Lot 1, HUF 500,000 for Lot 2 and HUF 300,000 for Lot 3. The tender must include a completed pricing table matching the issued version, both as a Word file and as a signed PDF, as well as the European Single Procurement Document. Qualification requirements vary by lot and include relevant experience and specialists; Lot 2 also requires minimum turnover, equipment and insurance. The contract periods are 2 months for Lot 1, 14 months for Lot 2 and 6 months for Lot 3.
