Nationwide oil separator cleaning

Summary

The procurement covers cleaning, emptying, inspection and maintenance of oil separators across Hungary, divided into 11 lots. Depending on the lot, the work includes removing oily sludge, transporting and lawfully treating hazardous waste, removing non-pumpable solid waste, occasional high-pressure sewer flushing, maintaining and inspecting separators, and, in Lots 7 and 8, taking water samples and conducting laboratory tests. Lots 9–11 include equipment on the M0 motorway and PURECO ENVIA TRP units. The total net framework ceiling is HUF 57,500,000; the contracting authority undertakes to call off at least 70% of each lot’s ceiling. Contracts run for 12 months, with the call-off period potentially extendable by up to a further 12 months. Bidders must meet the lot-specific experience requirements, provide an ADR-qualified driver, and ensure the required waste vehicles and permits. For Lots 7 and 8, water testing must be performed by a laboratory accredited for the specified scope. The bid must include a fully priced schedule, the required declarations and vehicle details; zero-priced items are not permitted. Price accounts for 90% of the evaluation, while the number of vehicles meeting at least the EURO 5 emissions standard, up to two, accounts for 10%.
