IT Framework Agreement

Summary

Medizinische Universität Lausitz – Carl Thiem is procuring standard IT equipment under framework agreements for Lots 1 and 3. Lot 1 covers entry and mobile business notebooks, tower PCs, mini PCs, USB-C monitors and conference monitors; the estimated total demand over the full term, including extensions, is 2,500 of each computer type and 5,000 of each monitor type, with a maximum of 20,000 devices. Lot 3 covers IP phones and two smartphone categories, with estimated total demand of 800 IP phones and 160 of each smartphone type, subject to a maximum of 1,120 devices. The initial term is 24 months, with two optional 12-month extensions; the estimates do not guarantee orders.
