The bidder must submit the specialist’s CV using Annex 3. Prices must follow the structure specified in the evaluation sheet, and all required fields in Annex 2, the price table, must be completed and submitted. The bidder must also confirm that the offered goods are not subject to international sanctions and do not originate from sanctioned regions.
