Compliance requirements
The bidder will be excluded if the bidder, or a member of its administrative, management or supervisory body, an authorised representative or another person empowered to represent, make decisions for or control the bidder, has been convicted of participation in a criminal organisation; breach of a duty of integrity or a corrupt act; fraud; a terrorist offence or other terrorism-related offence, including incitement, aiding or attempt; money laundering or terrorist financing; enabling the unlawful employment of a foreign national or a breach of the conditions for a foreign national’s employment in Estonia, including payment below the statutory minimum wage; or unlawful use of child labour or an offence related to human trafficking.
