The required information and confirmation must be submitted using Form 1. The tender must include the prescribed price offer table in Form 2 and the tender price must follow the required structure. The bidder must confirm that it accepts the conditions of the procurement documents and that the tender complies with them; conditional tenders are not permitted. In the case of a joint tender, a power of attorney from the joint tenderers must be submitted. Where applicable, equivalence must be explained and supported with evidence.
