The bidder must confirm that neither the bidder nor its management or supervisory board members, procurists, or persons authorized to represent, make decisions for or control the bidder have received a final conviction within the last five years for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud, terrorism-related offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, unlawful use of child labour, or trafficking-related offences.
