Purchase of frozen products

Summary

The procurement concerns the purchase of frozen products for two years under one or more framework agreements for Pärnu Hospital. Compliance requirements

The tenderer must confirm that neither the tenderer nor its relevant representatives has been convicted within the applicable period for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour or other forms of human trafficking. The tenderer must not have outstanding tax or social security payment obligations.
