Summary

This contract concerns a framework agreement for the supply of animal feed and hygiene products to LYMA S.A.M.'s Animal Protection Center (CPA) in Getafe. The scope covers dog and cat foods across age and size categories to ensure a complete, balanced, high-quality diet. Deliveries are made in partial shipments according to CPA needs, with standard delivery within 72 hours and urgent delivery within 12 hours if required, accompanied by appropriate delivery notes. The supplier must maintain the brands offered during the contract period, with exceptions only for force majeure and with LYMA’s approval after animal testing. If the supplied food causes digestive disturbances, LYMA may require substitution with an equally or higher quality product; if replacement is not possible, the contract may be terminated. The CPA is located in Getafe (Rio Ardila 2); deliveries occur between 8:00 and 14:00. Products must meet food safety, hygiene and traceability regulations (CE 767/2009 and CE 183/2005). Estimated annual consumption includes detailed dog and cat quantities by category (adult, senior, puppy/kittens) and corresponding wet foods and snacks. The estimated contract value is €99,000 (ex VAT) or €119,790 (incl VAT) for a 24-month period, with no extension.
