The bidder must confirm the absence of the listed exclusion grounds, including participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and the other mandatory grounds set out in the tender passport. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must show technical and professional capability by proving at least one completed sale or order of professional cleaning machines in the 36 months before the start of the procurement, with a value of at least EUR 10,000 excluding VAT. The reference may cover floor care machines, textile or steam cleaners, washing machines or dishwashers for professional use, or similar equipment. The bidder must state the value, dates and the other contracting party, and may rely on another company’s resources if both parties accept joint liability for the relevant part of the contract. The bidder must also submit the required product technical documentation for the four basket items, the sample e-catalogue Excel file, packaging material information, and confirm that an e-shop, warehouse system or similar environment can be integrated with the e-catalogue within one month after contract signature.
