Procurement of Azure services licensing, installation and maintenance

Summary

Companhia Carris de Ferro de Lisboa is procuring Azure licensing, installation, support and maintenance for 36 months, with no lots. The services will maintain and expand its existing Azure data warehouse, application-hosting and Enterprise Service Bus architectures, including ExpressRoute connectivity, a three-year reserved Fabric F64 subscription and an increase in Databricks capacity from 100 to 300 DWU. The existing environment comprises 616 resources across 13 subscriptions, four locations and 49 resource groups. The maximum contract value is €900,000 excluding VAT: €864,000 for Azure components, including €612,000 for reserved instances and €252,000 for additional consumption, and €36,000 for consulting and maintenance.
