eHealth for the Masaryk Oncology Institute

Summary

The procurement covers eHealth software and services for the Masaryk Oncology Institute. The work includes modernising and developing the hospital information system, laboratory and pathology systems, the transfusion service system, the biological material bank, the electronic health-record archive and the patient portal. The solution must support the standardisation of health records, the use of national register data and central electronic health services, and the secure electronic exchange of records. The scope also includes integration interfaces and eHealth services, connections to relevant systems and registers, and the development of cross-border data exchange. Delivery and implementation of the solution are planned for 250 working days, corresponding to approximately 350 calendar days; software maintenance and development support will be contracted for an indefinite period. The estimated contract value is CZK 73,000,000. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 10:00. Bids will be evaluated on the basis of the lowest total price through an electronic auction.
