Fundação Casa da Música is procuring the cleaning, repair and protection of the Casa da Música building’s roof and façades, together with exterior surfaces of nearby commercial spaces and parking-entrance walls in Porto. The works include removing dirt, biological growth and limescale, repairing local concrete and joint defects, applying hydrophobic protection and providing reversible anti-graffiti treatment to designated areas. The listed work areas include 3,343 m² of roof, 5,079 m² of façade, 660 m² of travertine roof surface, 150 m² of roof-edge surfaces and 250 m² of parking-entrance walls; completion is due within 30 calendar days.
