Supply of laptop computers

Summary

Universidade Nova de Lisboa is procuring 100 new laptop computers: 70 Type A and 30 Type B. All units must be from the same manufacturer and meet the technical minimum requirements in the tender documents; higher specifications may be offered at no extra cost. Type A must include at least an Intel Core Ultra 5 225U processor, 16 GB of memory, a 512 GB SSD and a 14-inch display. Type B must be a 14-inch convertible touchscreen device with an active pen, Intel Core Ultra 7 255U processor, 32 GB of memory and a 512 GB SSD. Both types must include Windows 11 Pro, TPM 2.0 and four years of on-site next-business-day support, including accidental damage coverage. The supplier must provide maintenance and support for 48 months and meet incident resolution deadlines of one working day for maximum-priority incidents, three working days for medium-priority incidents and ten working days for minimum-priority incidents. Delivery is due within 30 days according to the notice. Bids must be submitted electronically by 9 October 2026 at 19:00 and remain valid for 120 days from the submission deadline. Variant bids are not allowed and no bid guarantee is required. The estimated maximum value is EUR 160,000 excluding VAT. Award is based on multiple factors; consult the tender documents for details.
