Summary

The contract covers the supply and installation of three manually operated awnings beside the preparation pavilion at the Canary Islands Command headquarters in Santa Cruz de Tenerife: two measuring 3.40 × 7.00 m and one measuring 2.30 × 4.50 m. The awnings must have white lacquered aluminium frames, acrylic fabric selected by the buyer, and a manual closed-rope operating system. The installer must ensure secure fixing and compliance with the EN 13561 wind-resistance standard. The works must be completed within 30 days of contract award. The maximum budget is EUR 7,830.80 including 7% IGIC; bids above this amount will be rejected. Bids must be submitted electronically within 10 working days from the day after the invitation. For evaluation, 80% of the points relate to the discount on industrial profit, which must be at least 5%; the remaining 20% is allocated to the labour hourly-rate discount (5 points) and the materials discount (15 points). The bidder must be up to date with tax and social security obligations, provide adequate staff and equipment, hold the required construction-company registration, and maintain civil liability insurance with coverage of at least EUR 150,000.
