Operational leasing of electric vehicles

Summary

The Municipality of Marco de Canaveses is seeking five-year operational leases of electric vehicles across three lots. Lot 1 covers three passenger cars with a range of at least 300 km (lot budget: EUR 108,000); Lot 2 covers one electric light commercial vehicle with a range of at least 250 km (EUR 35,000); and Lot 3 covers one passenger car with a range of at least 400 km (EUR 42,000). The overall ceiling is EUR 185,000 excluding VAT, and price is the sole award criterion. Vehicles must include, among other features, lithium-ion batteries of at least 40 kWh, charging cables, the specified safety and comfort equipment, and the warranties required for each lot. The lease service includes unlimited tyres, insurance, 24-hour assistance, a replacement vehicle, maintenance and management of periodic inspections. Bids were due through the ACIN electronic platform by 9 October 2026 at 23:59; they must remain valid for 90 days, and alternative bids are not allowed. Required bid documents include an acceptance declaration, the price form and, for companies, a commercial-register certificate or its electronic access code.
