Supply of dairy and fat products

Summary

The procurement covers dairy and fat products for the Alzheimer Centre in Warsaw from 2 January to 31 December 2027, or until the contract funds are exhausted. Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday between 6:00 and 7:00; orders are generally placed two days in advance, and the supplier must deliver and unload the goods using a suitable vehicle. The cold chain must be maintained for products that require it. Products must comply with food safety, HACCP and GMP/GHP requirements, be properly labelled, and generally have at least 7 days of remaining shelf life on delivery; fresh milk must have at least 5 days. The price schedule includes, among other items, 6,000 packs of butter with at least 82% fat (200 g), 13,000 litres of 2% milk, 2,200 kg of semi-fat curd cheese, 500 kg of Gouda or Edam cheese, and 4,000 portions of kefir (200 g). Other items include buttermilk, margarine, oils, cream, spreadable and processed cheese, cottage cheese, yoghurt, mozzarella, feta and grated Parmesan; the price schedule sets out the full product list and estimated quantities. The contract is not divided into lots, and price is the sole award criterion (100%). The buyer may order at least 70% of the products listed in the bid. No tender guarantee is required. No minimum turnover, experience or other financial or technical capacity thresholds are set. However, the bid must include a valid document proving implementation of HACCP. The supplier must also hold the required current decisions authorising production or sale of the food products and the use of the transport vehicle. Staff delivering food must have current health booklets. The bid, price schedule and required declarations must be submitted electronically and signed by an authorised representative.
