Supply of Frozen Fish, Molluscs and Crustaceans

Summary

The tender concerns the continuous supply of frozen fish and frozen molluscs and crustaceans to the food-service units of the Social Services of the University of Beira Interior in Covilhã. Bids may cover one or both lots, but a separate bid must be submitted for each lot. The maximum budget is EUR 55,100 excluding VAT for fish and EUR 14,000 excluding VAT for molluscs and crustaceans, totalling EUR 69,100. Price is the sole award criterion, and a bid for a lot must not exceed that lot’s ceiling. Deliveries will be made in instalments against orders over six months, or until the contract value is used up. Each order must be delivered within five working days. Deliveries are made on working days between 14:00 and 16:00, and the supplier must give at least 24 hours’ notice before delivery. The supplier bears transport and delivery costs and must ensure food safety, proper labelling and the cold chain; the internal temperature of frozen fish on receipt must be -18°C (±3°C).
