Supply of cakes, biscuits and complementary products for the launch of new routes

Summary

The contract covers cakes, biscuits and other refreshments and serving items for the launch of new routes at Granada-Jaén Airport. For Luton, the supplier must deliver one two-tier cake and 200 individually wrapped, 10 cm flower-shaped biscuits by 21 October 2026. For Porto, delivery is due by 5 November 2026 and comprises one single-tier cake, 200 similar biscuits, 12 piononos, three bottles of port wine (two Tawny Reserve and one Ruby), two tulip-shaped glasses and 100 plastic shot cups. The cakes must follow the designs described in the tender documents; each biscuit must be labelled with its ingredients, any applicable allergens and traces, and its expiry date. Delivery is to a location designated by Aena within Granada-Jaén Airport, and transport costs must be included in the offer. The maximum tender amount is €1,111 excluding indirect taxes. Offers must be submitted electronically through Aena’s ELICITA platform by 12:00 on 6 October 2026. The offer must include a commitment to the delivery deadlines and the required technical documents; new bidders must also attach a supplier registration form and a copy of their tax identification card. Invoices are payable within 30 days after approval.
