Purchase of laboratory equipment for water quality testing

Summary

Laboratory equipment is being procured for water quality testing by the District Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Łomża in six lots: an autoclave, two laboratory incubators of different capacities, two laboratory refrigerators, an acid-resistant fume cupboard with an exhaust fan and ventilation installation, a UV-VIS spectrophotometer for field and laboratory testing, and a water deioniser. Bidders may tender for one, several or all lots. The equipment must be new and manufactured in 2026, and delivery, installation and commissioning must be completed by 18 December 2026 at the latest. Depending on the lot, the work also includes connections, calibration or validation, documentation and user training. The bid must include the completed offer form, the technical description for each lot bid for, and manufacturer catalogues, brochures or technical documentation demonstrating compliance with the specifications. A site visit is mandatory before bidding for Lot 4. Offers are assessed on price (80%) and extended warranty (20%); the minimum warranty is 24 months. The price must include all delivery, installation, training, verification and warranty-service costs.
