Supply of sweets and toys for Christmas and arts activities in the Macarena District

Summary

The Macarena District of Seville is procuring sweets and small toys for its 2027 Christmas and arts activities: 1,330 kg of individually wrapped soft assorted-flavour sweets, 2,000 packs of Aspitos snacks, 1,500 inflated rubber balls measuring 25–30 cm, and 300 plastic whistles in assorted colours. The sweets and Aspitos must be gluten-free and lactose-free. The balls and whistles must not display slogans, crests, or text referring to brands or sports teams. Balls must bear the CE mark or an equivalent toy-safety conformity mark. Goods must be delivered to the Macarena District premises; the technical specification states delivery within three calendar days of an order, while the contract annex requires delivery by 2 January 2027. Defective goods must be replaced within three calendar days after notice. Packaging must be reusable or recyclable, with supporting evidence submitted within five days after delivery. Because this is an abbreviated procedure, economic and technical capacity evidence is not required.
