Installation of energy-efficient LED street lighting

Summary

The contract covers the supply, replacement and installation of 511 energy-efficient LED street-lighting luminaires in Strzelce Opolskie, Grodzisko, Dziewkowice and Rozmierka. The work also includes required electrical safety, earthing-resistance and cable-insulation measurements; removal and management of waste; and, where necessary, pruning branches that obstruct the lighting. Luminaires owned by TAURON must be delivered to an agreed location and documented in a handover and acceptance record. The contractor is responsible for managing luminaires owned by the municipality. The work must be completed within one month of contract signature. The bidder must have properly completed at least one street-lighting construction or modernization project within the previous five years involving the installation or replacement of at least 100 energy-efficient LED luminaires. The bid must include a preliminary declaration confirming that no exclusion grounds apply and that the participation requirements are met. Price is worth up to 60 points and the warranty up to 40 points; the permitted warranty periods are 60, 72 or 84 months. No bid guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide a performance security equal to 5% of the gross bid price before signing the contract.
