Office cleaning services at the Szczecin Regional Labour Office

Summary

The procurement covers cleaning the offices of the Regional Labour Office at 41 Mickiewicza Street in Szczecin from 4 January to 31 December 2027. The five-storey building has no lift and contains approximately 3,000 m² of space and about 154 rooms. Services are provided Monday to Friday in daytime and afternoon shifts: daytime service starts at 10:00 and lasts at least one hour; supervised rooms must be cleaned by 14:30, and the other rooms between 15:00 and 20:00. Work that disrupts the building’s operations may be scheduled for weekends by agreement and with advance notice, on no more than two weekends during the contract. The work includes routine cleaning of offices, toilets, corridors, staircases, the entrance, staff and representative rooms, and meeting rooms; emptying bins; replenishing hygiene supplies; and periodic deep-cleaning tasks, including window washing and carpet cleaning. For pricing, the carpet area is approximately 2,047.38 m². There are about 166 windows, with a measured one-sided area of approximately 393.46 m². The contractor supplies cleaning products, hygiene and consumable materials, and equipment; installs toilet-paper, paper-towel and soap dispensers and air fresheners for the contract period; and keeps them stocked. Approximately 220 people work in the building. The initial contract period is up to 12 months. The contracting authority may extend it by exercising an option for up to a further 12 months in total, but is not obliged to do so. The stated funding amounts are PLN 250,000 for the initial contract and PLN 250,000 for the option. Tenders are evaluated on price (80%), a social criterion (10%; employing at least one person from a group facing labour-market difficulties) and daytime service duration (10%; at least 2.5 hours earns 10 points, 1.5–2 hours earns 5 points, and at least 1 hour earns 0 points). Bidders must account for the required PLN 500,000 civil liability insurance, relevant previous cleaning experience and staff employment requirements.
