Winter maintenance to keep municipal roads passable in Gilowice municipality, 2026/2027 season

Summary

The tender covers winter maintenance to keep the municipal roads in the villages of Gilowice and Rychwałd passable during the 2026/2027 season. The work includes snow clearance on roads and, where needed, on pavements and paved areas; anti-icing; removal of snow piles; and removal of accumulated snow only on the contracting authority’s written instruction. The contractor must be available around the clock, provide a publicly accessible mobile telephone number and start work within no more than 60 minutes. Vehicles must have GPS tracking, with access to the tracking application provided to the contracting authority. Pavements and paved areas must be cleared using light equipment or by hand. The contracting authority supplies the anti-icing material. Evaluation assigns 60% to price and 40% to response time: up to 15 minutes earns 40 points, 16–30 minutes earns 30 points, 31–45 minutes earns 20 points, and 46–60 minutes earns 0 points; a response time exceeding 60 minutes results in rejection. Bidders must submit the offer form and required declarations. The successful bidder must provide proof of liability insurance before signing the contract.
