Framework Agreement for Disposal of Roadworks Materials 2026–2028

Summary

The tender covers the transport and disposal of soil, railway ballast and construction rubble arising within Frankfurt, including the necessary coordination. It is a two-year framework agreement; quantities are estimates and do not guarantee orders. Materials must be handled in accordance with the current Substitute Building Materials Ordinance, and acceptance outside normal business hours is considered essential and non-negotiable by the contracting authority. Price is the sole award criterion. Bidders must provide three references for comparable services, the required declarations and, where applicable, commercial-register details.
