Supply of meat and meat products to Nowy Wiśnicz Prison

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of meat and meat products to Nowy Wiśnicz Prison in four lots. Lot I: 2,000 kg of fresh chicken leg quarters, 150 kg of chicken fillet, 2,000 kg of fresh poultry liver and 500 kg of fresh poultry gizzards. Lot II: poultry cold cuts and sausages—200 kg of poultry baleron-style cold cut, 200 kg of poultry meat-loaf baton, 200 kg of ordinary poultry sausage, 2,500 kg of poultry mortadella, 1,100 kg of poultry frankfurter sausage, 1,500 kg of Tyrolean-style poultry loaf, 800 kg of poultry frankfurters, 1,500 kg of poultry-style Roman roast, 200 kg of poultry ham and 150 kg of turkey ham. Lot III: 3,500 kg of fresh pork stewing meat, 1,200 kg of fresh beef stewing meat and 150 kg of fresh boneless pork loin. Lot IV: pork sausages and other pork products—1,300 kg of blood sausage, 2,000 kg of pork mortadella, 400 kg of paprika mortadella, 400 kg of mushroom mortadella, 300 kg of cooked white sausage, 3,500 kg of pork frankfurter sausage, 1,500 kg of Toruń-style sausage, 3,000 kg of ordinary sausage, 1,800 kg of pork luncheon meat, 2,000 kg of pressed pork loaf, 1,000 kg of pork frankfurters, 1,200 kg of baked pork pâté in tins, 800 kg of pork liver sausage, 1,200 kg of pork head cheese, 300 kg of pork lard and 100 kg of rendered pork lard with cracklings and onion. The offer must state unit prices per kilogram and net and gross values. The bidder must also state a payment period of 7–30 days after delivery, any parts to be subcontracted and the company’s size category. The offer must be signed using an accepted electronic signature.
