Food supplies to two canteens of Bursa Miejska in Częstochowa – 10 lots

Summary

The contract covers the regular supply of food products to two canteens operated by Bursa Miejska in Częstochowa from 2 January to 31 December 2027. It is divided into ten lots: general groceries, meat, meat products, dairy products, bread and bakery goods, fruit and vegetables, potatoes, poultry, eggs, and fish and frozen foods. Bidders may tender for one or more lots, but must cover the full scope of each lot they select. Deliveries are made against orders, generally three to five mornings a week; bakery goods must be delivered every day, including Saturdays, by 5:30 a.m. Orders are placed at least one day in advance, and products must meet the specifications and food-safety requirements applicable to the relevant lot. Evaluation assigns 80% to price, 10% to the time for fulfilling an exceptional same-day order, and 10% to the time for replacing goods subject to a complaint. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish with the required offer and price forms and declaration. The bid submission deadline was 21 October 2026 at 10:00.
