Supply and installation of playground and outdoor gym equipment in Poznań

Summary

The procurement covers the supply and installation of playground equipment at Czarnecki Park and outdoor gym equipment at the recreation area on Nadolnik Street in Poznań. Bidders may submit an offer for either or both lots. Lot 1 includes a climbing net, sand-play and climbing equipment with a slide, and an airship-themed play unit, as well as a safety surface and sand for the sand-play equipment. Lot 2 includes removing and disposing of existing concrete paving, installing a gravel surface with a stabilising grid and a paved access path, and supplying and installing nine outdoor gym units, eight of them mounted on pylons. The delivery and works period is up to 105 days for Lot 1 and up to 150 days for Lot 2. A quality warranty of at least 36 months is required. Evaluation criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and warranty period, weighted at 40%. A 36-month warranty earns 0 points, a 48-month warranty 20 points and a 60-month warranty 40 points. Bidders must meet the financial and experience requirements for each lot and include equipment catalogue sheets and certificates for the applicable standard with their offers.
