Construction of a Changing-Room and Sanitary Facilities Building with Technical Infrastructure at the Czajków Stadium

Summary

The contract is for building a changing-room and sanitary facilities building, together with the necessary technical infrastructure, at the sports stadium in Czajków. The work includes demolishing the existing building; constructing and finishing the new building; installing the roof, façade, windows and doors, and garage doors; constructing external works, fencing and landscaping; fitting out the rooms; and carrying out heating, water supply, wastewater, ventilation, air-conditioning and electrical works. It also includes a refuse shelter and heraldic details on the building’s front façade. The building has a volume of 922.45 m³, a footprint of 224.55 m², a total floor area of 374.40 m² and a usable floor area of 198.12 m²; the refuse shelter has a footprint of 24 m². The works must be completed by 30 November 2027. To qualify, the bidder must have properly completed at least two construction projects involving the construction, modernisation or reconstruction of buildings during the preceding five years, each with a gross value of at least PLN 500,000. The bidder must have at least one suitably authorised person for structural and building, sanitary and electrical works. A PLN 20,000 tender guarantee is required. Offers will be evaluated on price (60%) and additional warranty (40%). The offer deadline is 21 October 2026 at 09:00, and offers must be submitted electronically. Contract performance also requires, among other things, evidence of liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000, a performance security of 5%, and employment under employment contracts for workers carrying out masonry work.
