Replacement of circuit breakers in the Warsaw National Prosecutor’s Office building
Summary
The procurement covers the supply and complete replacement of four new low-voltage circuit breakers in the National Prosecutor’s Office building at 3 Postępu Street, Warsaw: three breakers in the main RGNN switchboard (3Q, 4Q and 5Q) and one in the RG-IT IT switchboard (Q01). The work includes removing the existing equipment, installing and connecting the new breakers to the existing control, protection and automation systems, setting them up, taking measurements and carrying out functional tests, including checks of backup power, the generator, UPS units and fire-safety power-off systems. The building, including its server rooms and cooling systems, must remain operational during the works; switching sequences and safe execution must be agreed with the contracting authority. The proposed completion period may not exceed nine weeks from contract signature. The contract is not divided into lots, and attendance at the site visit arranged by the contracting authority is mandatory before submitting a bid. Tenderers must meet the stated experience and electrical qualification requirements. Bids will be evaluated on price (60%), warranty and liability period (20%), and completion time (20%). The bid must state the manufacturer and available technical specifications for all four breakers and include a price calculation.
