Fleet and working time tracking software and devices

Summary

The City of Raasepori is procuring, as a service, vehicle and machinery location tracking, a fleet planning and tracking system, and a working time tracking system. The procurement is divided into three lots; the first and second lots must operate in the same software environment. Equipment delivery must include installation instructions and, where necessary, an installation service. Estimated quantities are approximately 55 cars and vans, 2 lorries, 23 machines, and 25 subcontractors’ vehicles; the working time tracking system is estimated to have 30 users. Subcontractors’ vehicle tracking devices will be used each year only from 15 October to 15 April. The contracting authority may discontinue the working time tracking service during the contract period. Quantities are estimates, and invoicing will be based on the quantities actually in use.
