Multi-technical maintenance services for GHT44 establishments

Summary

The tender covers maintenance of the technical installations at GHT44 healthcare facilities in two lots: Lot 1 concerns refrigeration equipment and Lot 2 ventilation systems. The work includes preventive and conditional maintenance; for the ventilation lot, it also includes cleaning and disinfection of cooker hoods, ducts and ventilation equipment. The mandatory additional service for Lot 1 must be priced separately: decommissioning the refrigeration equipment at the Hôtel Dieu site by recovering and documenting refrigerant from 29 items of equipment and two Profroid central units, draining oil from semi-hermetic compressors, inerting with nitrogen, isolating the equipment and making it electrically safe. Each lot is a single-supplier framework agreement executed through purchase orders. There is no minimum quantity or value; the maximum for each lot is EUR 1,600,000 excluding VAT, and the estimated value is EUR 800,000 excluding VAT. The agreement may be renewed three times for one year at a time. Bids may be submitted for both lots, and a bidder may be awarded more than one lot. Award criteria are price (38%), technical merit (60%, comprising team 30% and organisation 30%) and an environmental criterion (2%), assessed by the share of clean vehicles used by the contract delivery unit.
