Supply of washed sand for producing a sand-salt mixture

Summary

The procurement covers the successive supply of up to 1,600 tonnes of washed 0–2 mm sand for producing a sand-salt mixture. The price must include loading, transport and unloading at the premises of the Wolbrom water, sewerage and municipal services company, at 1 Maja 59, Wolbrom. Deliveries will be made against orders over six months from contract signature. The buyer guarantees orders worth at least 30% of the contract value but may leave the remaining quantity uncalled. The sand must comply with PN-EN 13043:2004 or an equivalent standard, and the supplier must provide quality evidence on request. Each delivery must be documented by a delivery note and a weight record. The tender must state a delivery time of no more than 72 hours; delivery within 24 hours scores 4 points, within 48 hours 2 points, and within 72 hours 0 points. Tenders are evaluated on price (96%) and delivery time (4%). The bidder must submit an electronically signed tender and a declaration confirming that no exclusion grounds apply.
